Well 2005 has got off to a flying start with three large orders being secured within the first week following the Christmas holidays.

London, W11

One of these is the refurbishment, to a very high specification, of a four storey home in London W11, including all mechanical and electrical services.

Surrey Manor House

Another residential project under way is the refurbishment of a large Surrey Manor House near to our office. There are seven en-site facilities and underfloor heating included in this design and build scheme.

Alfred Dunhill, London

A new air conditioning system is being installed in the Humidor Storage at Alfred Dunhill in London where some of the world’s most expensive cigars are kept.

Knowle Park Nursing Home, Cranleigh, Surrey.

The current Phase 2b is nearing completion at Knowle Park Nursing Home, Cranleigh, Surrey. With Phase 2c commencing in late February early March and the new build Staff Accommodation under way, it is a busy time for both mechanical and electrical services on this site.

London W12

We are in negotiation with an architect client for their new build offices in London W12. It is hoped to secure all M&E services with a planned start date in March.


Apprentice Craig Gray has successfully achieved his NVQ in Mechanical Engineering Services, Plumbing Level 2 and is working hard on his year 3 course work under the guidance of the Training Recruitment Partnership.

Further ACS training is due to commence with our established engineers together with new Health & Safety Courses.
